Utah County, Utah

Your roof may have years left in it.

We treat aging asphalt shingles with a plant-based rejuvenating oil that restores flexibility — so a roof that looks tired doesn't have to be torn off yet.

The comparison that matters

One is a treatment. The other is a tear-off.

Rejuvenation treatment

~$2,400

One visit, about an hour on a typical roof. No tear-off, no dumpster, no crew in your driveway for three days.

Full replacement, Utah County

$14,042

The local average for a full asphalt shingle replacement across Provo, Orem and Lehi. Go get a quote — we want you to.

Replacement figure is the published regional average for the Provo–Orem–Lehi area. Your own number will differ with pitch, square footage and access. Treatment pricing varies the same way.

What actually happens

You can watch it work from the driveway.

1. We look first

A free assessment, on the roof, with photos. If your shingles are too far gone we tell you that day and charge you nothing.

2. We spray

A plant-based, biobased oil applied at full strength. The shingles darken as it soaks in — you'll see the change happen while we're up there.

3. We document it

Timestamped before-and-after photos from the same angles, every job, handed to you. Your record as much as ours.

We turn down roofs. Regularly.

Most of the complaints in this industry come from treating a roof that never should have been treated. We would rather lose the job than be the reason you're annoyed in two years. This isn't for you if:

  • You have hail damage and a current policy. Utah is a top-ten hail state. If your carrier will pay for a replacement, take it — that's a better deal than anything we sell, and we'll say so on your driveway.
  • Your shingles are past saving. Heavy granule loss, widespread curling or cracking. No oil reverses that, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling.
  • Your roof is nearly new. There's no benefit to buy yet. Call us in a few years.
  • You're selling within the year. The value here is long-term. A price credit probably serves you better.
  • You have tile or metal. This is for asphalt shingles only.

Straight answers

The questions people actually ask.

Does this really work, or is it a gimmick?

Here's the honest version. Asphalt shingles fail partly because sun and heat drive the oils out of them and they go brittle. The treatment puts a plant-based oil back in, which restores flexibility. That mechanism is real and you can see the shingles change colour as they absorb it.

What we won't do is quote you a guaranteed number of extra years. The independent long-term testing in this category is thin, and nobody — us included — has field data for Utah's altitude and sun specifically. What we'll promise is an honest assessment, a roof that's demonstrably more flexible when we leave, and photos proving what we did.

Will this void my shingle manufacturer's warranty?

We don't know, and anyone who tells you they're certain hasn't read your warranty. We've read GAF's and found no clause naming treatments like this either way. The roofing manufacturers' trade association does advise against field-applied coatings generally, mostly because products that sit on top of a shingle can trap moisture.

If your roof is still under a manufacturer warranty you value, get their answer in writing before you let anyone spray anything on it — including us.

I think I have hail damage. What should I do?

File the claim. If your policy still pays replacement cost, your carrier buys you a new roof and we can't compete with that. Come back to us if the claim is denied, or when the new roof is a few years old.

How often does it need doing?

Plan on roughly every five years. It's maintenance, not a one-time fix — the same way you seal a deck rather than rebuild it.
